Inverlounin is a fantastic base to explore Argyll and the West Highlands. On the beaten track you can enjoy a day out to Loch Lomond (cruise from Tarbet), Inverary (great castle) or the Benmore Botanic Gardens. Glencoe, Oban and even Mull and Iona are also possible in longer days. Off the beaten track, there are miles of single-track road and Argyll’s Secret Coast leading to the lovely Isle of Bute
