Dating from 1876 when it was built as a country escape for a Glasgow merchant, this family home is now available as a comfortable holiday retreat.
Inside, discover the classic elegance of a Scottish countryside house, now thoughtfully updated and splendidly equipped. Five comfortable bedrooms sleep nine; three convivial public rooms provide ample space to gather by the woodburner or share a family meal under the spell of mountain, sea and sky.

Bookings run Friday to Friday with shortbreaks Friday to Monday, or Monday to Friday available at certain times.
Rentals include all linen, towels, energy (including logs) and WIFI plus generous starter pack of kitchen essentials (cleaning materials, oils, herbs etc), toilet roll, toiletries. Lots of things you don’t have to pack.
For children we have a travel cot, high chair, crockery & cutlery, toys, books and the great outdoors. Older children may enjoy our cabin room or bunk room.
